Function
Pre-mixed cement mortar, mono-component, based on Portland cement, for gluing and smoothing thermo insulating panels and insulating plaster systems
Materials
Suitable for gluing thermo-insulating panels in general (expanded/extruded polystyrene, expanded polyurethane) directly on the plaster, masonry or concrete.
Suitable for smoothing insulating panels with interposed fibreglass reinforcing net, resistant to alkali, indoor and outdoor walls ("over coat" insulating system)
How to use
The surface must be greasy substances or/and dirt free. Eventual traces of oil, grease, wax, etc. must be preventively removed.To each 25 kg. bag of TERMOGen 77 add 7 to 7.5 liters of clear water and mix by hand of, better, by mechanic stirrer working at low rpm equipped with suitable mixing helical tool till to obtain a homogeneous and lumps free texture.To glue panels, apply the texture "by strips" and place the panels in staggered way taking care to fix them by suitable anchoring (mechanical or chemical anchors). Smooth the surface and sink into the applied texture a fibreglass net resistant to alkali.
